Entry
As a special opening offer, admission to MoM is free for a limited period. Thereafter admission will be from ticket purchase at the Paydesk in the Museum Entrance.
Groups and schoolchildren welcome.

Sunday – 10am – 6pm; last admission 4pm
Open every Bank Holiday except Christmas Day

By road
The Museum of Museums is situated next to Barton Square at The Trafford Centre, Manchester.
Exit the M60 from junction 9 or 10 and follow the signs for Barton Square (and Legoland)
Leave Peel Circle roundabout into Phoenix Way, (Barton Square is on the left hand side) the Museum of Museums is on the right hand side.
Continue along Phoenix Way following the signs into the free MoM car park at the side of the building, providing 284 spaces (including 25 special need spaces).
Follow the Museum Entrance signs along the pedestrian access route from the car-park.
By public transport
The Museum is very well served by Public Transport. Bus stops are located adjacent to the Site for the following services: 18, 247, 250, ML1 and X50. Services X50 and 250 provide a high frequency service to Manchester City Centre, the X50 takes just 25 minutes. The ML1 is a high frequency shuttle bus which connects with Stretford Metrolink station. The other services provide regular connections to Eccles, Altrincham, Sale and Manchester Airport.
The Trafford Centre bus station with 16 bays and 19 bus services is close by. There are a wide range of longer distance destinations including Bolton, Stockport, Warrington and Wigan.
By foot
From the Upper Level at The Trafford Centre, follow the signs to Barton Square over the walkway.
At the end of the walkway, descend to the ground floor on the elevator and walk through Barton Square. Turn right along the pedestrian access onto Phoenix Way and follow the Museum entrance signs.
